Ordering/Shipping

Nneka Saran handbags are made in limited quantities. Once a particular style is sold out, we may not be able to make it again.  We are always updating our site with new bags.  If you have any questions about a particular bag, please feel free to contact us.   

Nneka Saran handbags are made to order.  Once you complete an order, we will notify you via email to reconfirm your order.  Occasionally, we may have the bag you order in stock.  In that case, it will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) once payment is confirmed.  In the event we don’t have it in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for items to ship.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for standard shipping.  Delivery times may vary depending on where your item is being shipped to.  Currently, we only ship within the United States.   Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next day. For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.  You may use this number to track your package online by visiting: www.usps.com.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express).  Credit card information is verified prior to order processing.

Return/ Exchange Policy

We want you to be 110% satisfied and happy with your purchase.  We will accept returns for full refund of items within 14 days of delivery of purchase.  All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. The purchaser assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance costs.  All Sale items are FINAL SALE.
